Professionally made to order with a choice of 40 ribbon colours.
Also available from stock are a selection of ready-made character skirts.
Made from good quality black polyester which drapes beautifully and is crease resistant.
They are a complete circle and are decorated with three rows of 1/2" (12mm) satin ribbons.
The elastic waistband ensures a perfect fit whilst allowing for growth. The skirts simply pull on and off quickly and easily.
Please note: The finished skirt length is excluding the 1" waistband.
